June 16, 2021 07.57 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Canal+ Group’s Thema has launched a localised version of its well-being channel MyZen TV on Vodafone TV in Greece.

Vodafone TV subscribers can access the service through three offers – Basic, EBT (Basic + Kids) and Premium (Basic + Kids + Sports) – reaching a potential audience of 150,000.

Commenting on the launch, Andreas Georgiadis, pay-TV manager, Vodafone Greece, said: “Now that well-being and sustainability are more important than ever before, we are very excited to welcome MyZen TV at Vodafone TV. With this significant addition, our subscribers will have the chance to not only watch a lifestyle and entertaining channel but to join in an inspiring experience that will help them be healthier and happier”.

Severine Garusso, head of distribution Thema Europe, Middle East and Africa, added: “We are pleased to extend the distribution of MyZen TV in Greece with Vodafone. By localising its content in Greek, MyZen TV enables the Greek audience to enjoy its practical advice, inspiring experiences and entertainment stories with a more enjoyable viewing experience”.

Nela Pavlouskova, MD of MyZen TV, said: “We are elated to announce the launch of MyZen TV on Vodafone Greece, another major platform proving that our content is well received by the Greek audience. In order to provide a very comfortable viewing experience, we are localising our content in Greek.
“MyZen TV is a worldwide lifestyle channel which continues to offer an enriching and enjoyable experience to its customers by creating themed shows around health, fitness, well-being, travel, beauty, cooking, home, garden, ecology, and life changes etc. thus providing a zen and calm getaway in these times”.

MyZen TV was launched in 2008 and is currently distributed in over 82 countries across the world.
