The international OTT platform Kartina.TV has entered into an agreement with Russia’s Gazprom-Media.
As a result, it will provide the latter’s Premier online movie service to its subscribers in more than 140 countries around the world. All told, Kartina.TV will now have eight such services integrated into offer, with a total of over 200,000 films, TV series and programmes in its library.
Commenting on the development, Andreas Reich, general director of Kartina.TV, said: “For more than 10 years Kartina.TV has been acting as a key partner for Russian projects on the international arena. The company’s partners include the leading online cinemas Okko, Start, Megogo, more.tv and ivi. Thanks to the partnership with the Premier video service, Kartina.TV users will have access to the entertainment content of TNT, TV-3 and TNT4 TV channels. Films, serials and shows of these channels have always been in demand among viewers of Kartina.TV”.
