Pay-TV, broadband and fixed telephony remain the three worst valued services by Spanish consumers.
However, according to the regulator CNMC, the general degree of satisfaction in the fourth quarter of last year was improved to the same period in 2019.
The results of its Household Panel show that 12.3% of households were not satisfied with their pay-TV service, compared to 178% in 2018.
In the case of broadband and fixed telephony, the 14.2% and 12.5% households expressed little or no satisfaction with the services, compared to 14.9% and 14.2% respectively a year earlier.
