The Banja Luka-based station Alternativne televizije (ATV) is now under new ownership.
Capital reports that it is now wholly owned by Prointer ITSS, which has bought the company K-2 audio services.
It adds that the latter was founded by ATV employees before most of them sold their shares to Grand trade, owned by Mile Radisic, in 2019.
Although ATV at one stage had several co-owners, it was most recently owned by Prointer and K-2. With the latest transaction, Prointer has become the sole owner.
Prointer is connected to Igor Dodik, the son of Milorad Dodik, the current Serb member of the presidency of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
ATV was launched in 1997 and is currently, along with only a few other commercial stations in Bosnia & Herzegovina, a regional broadcaster.
