A new streaming service for fans of crime series has launched in Germany and Austria.
Krimirausch (“Crime rush”) offers more than 50 series and films at the start, both classics such as Derrick and newer productions. The line-up will be extended soon.
Krimirausch founder and CEO Radek Wagner wants to fill a gap in the market: “We want to offer our customers a domestic home in the streaming market dominated by international players, providing great German series that most people have come to know and love, but which are otherwise poorly available in the streaming sector.”
“Our promise to our customers is that they will find all series relevant to the crime genre at Krimirausch, no matter whether from the past or today, whether German or international productions,” Wagner said.
The subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) service is available on the website www.krimirausch.de and via apps for Android and iOS as well as on Android TV, Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV. A subscription costs €4.99 per month. New customers can test the service for seven days free of charge.
