Mykola Chernotytsky has been appointed the chairman of the board of the Ukrainian public broadcaster NSTU.
In a statement, the regulator National Council says that in the final round of voting the candidates for the post were Vitaliy Dokalenko, Oksana Tsybulya, Mykola Chernotytsky and Andriy Shapovalov.
Five members of the broadcaster’s Supervisory Board voted for Andriy Shapovalov, while Vitaliy Dokalenko and Oksana Tsybulya did not receive any votes.
Chernotytsky has been a member of the Supervisory Board for the last four years, being responsible for responsible for administrative and economic direction and regional development.
He will now be the head of NSTU for four years.
