Viaplay, the streaming service run by NENT, added both subscribers and streams in the last quarter.
As Viaplay begins its international expansion in the Baltics, the established Nordic service added 127,000 subs, closing the quarter with 3.147 million subscribers.
Viaplay revenues represent 34% of sales to NENT following a year-on-year subscriber growth of 25 percent.
Its anticipated the paying subscriber base in the Nordics will grow by at least 400,000 over the year.
A launch in Poland will take place in August, followed by the United States at the end of the year.
NENT is forecasting Viaplay will have more than 250,000 international subscribers by 2021.
