Ukraine’s Inter Media Group has simultaneously started broadcasting all its proprietary channels in HD.
Starting April 12, the first viewers to access the eight channels – Inter, NTN, K1, K2, Pixel, Mega, Enterfilm and Zoom – in the format were subscribers of satellite platforms, as well as the largest digital cable and IPTV/OTT operators.
Inter’s channels will continue to be available in SD as around 40% of viewers do not have TV sets capable of receiving HD services.
Inter’s international channel Inter+ is now also available in HD.
It is available in over 160 countries in Europe, North America, North Africa and Asia.
