Acorn TV launches on Netgem TV platform

AMC Networks’ Acorn TV is to debut on Netgem’s ISP-delivered TV platform.

Acorn TV, which features drama and comedy from the UK, Australia, Ireland, Canada is available for a monthly £4.99 per month after a 30-day free trial. Users who sign up via Netgem will also be able to access the service via the Acorn TV app on their laptop, mobile phones, and other streaming devices with the same login.

Those signing up over the Easter Holiday period will be able to benefit from a three-month free deal.

Shan Eisenberg, CCO at Netgem TV & WiFi says “The response from our ISP partners has been fantastic especially those who are targeting traditional audiences – they are absolutely thrilled to be able to present Acorn TV before all other pay-TV platforms.”

Stuart Shaw, Managing Director, Acorn Media International adds: “We’re excited for its viewers to discover the wonders of Acorn TV from its newly commissioned Acorn TV Originals including Queens of Mystery and multiple series of Agatha Raisin, to long-standing favourites such as Foyle’s War and George Gently, as well as several more brand new outstanding series coming later this year”

Acorn TV is also available on Amazon Channels, Roku, Fire TV, Android and Apple mobile and Apple TV.
