Alexandra Olaru has been appointed the legal and external affairs director at Vodafone Romania, effective May 5.
She will be a member of the company’s executive team and report to Murielle Lorilloux, its CEO.
In the position, Olaru will coordinate the department that brings together the areas of legal, data protection, compliance, regulation, public affairs, corporate communication and corporate security within Vodafone Romania.
Prior to joining Vodafone Romania, Olaru will have most recently worked for five years at at Philip Morris Romania, as external affairs director and member of the executive team.
She has over 25 years’ experience in coordinating public affairs, human resources and communication activities, acquired as a member of executive teams in international companies.
Olaru has also been president of the International Advertising Association (IAA)
