Kaltura says its filed registration documents with the US Securities and Exchange Commission ahead of a proposed initial public offering.
The number of shares on offer and the price range of the proposed offering have yet to be decided.
Kaltura provides live, real-time and on demand video products, based around its Video Experience Cloud.
Customers include Vodafonr, Swiss public broadcaster SRG and Israel’s Cellcomm TV.
Goldman Sachs and BofA Securities are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Wells Fargo Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities are also acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering. Canaccord Genuity, JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Needham & Company and Oppenheimer & Co are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
