Magdalena Jonczak has been appointed to the newly created position of VP for strategy and transformation at UPC Polska.
She has spent the last 15 years in various management roles, including the consulting company Deloitte and, most recently, EVP chief value officer at Synerise. She was involved in many extensive projects for clients from various industries, countries and regions.
Commenting on her appointment, Robert Redeleanu, CEO of UPC Polska, said: “Magda is an experienced manager with many achievements in the field of growth strategy, digital strategy and transformation, as well as value creation. I am glad that she joined the UPC Polska team and will support the company in further development, digital transformation and strengthening its strategic position on the Polish market”.
