The Hungarian DTH and online TV operation UPC Direct will start rebranding as Direct One on February 1.
In the course of next month its online platforms will change gradually and users automatically directed to the new ones, with the rebranding process being completed by May.
UPC Direct was launched in 2000 and has been owned by M7 Group since 2019. It is now part of Canal+ Luxembourg, which also has CEE operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania.
Initially providing satellite TV services, it now also operates an online TV platform along with the UPC Direct Now application, which will be renamed Direct Now.
