The video platform provider Alchimie and Samsung’s TV Plus platform have extended their strategic partnership to provide 30+ themed VOD channels to millions of Samsung Smart TV viewers in Spain, France, UK and Italy.
The partnership also sees the debut of Alchimie’s first scripted channel, Movies Central by TVPlayer, on Samsung’s TV Plus platform. The channel gives viewers in France and the UK access to films from all genres.
Commenting on the development, Nicolas d’Hueppe, CEO of Alchimie said, “Samsung’s European audience is large, multilanguage and discerning. TV Plus offers over 300 channels and in Europe is available in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, UK, Austria and Spain.
