Former Verimatrix president Steve Oetegenn is to join ThinkAnalytics as a strategic advisor.
The content discovery company said Oetegenn would use his “exceptional industry expertise” and contact network to help to nurture new business opportunities in the Americas and across the globe.
“Steve is one of the most savvy and respected leaders in this industry, and it is a privilege to have him join the team,” said Eddie Young, ThinkAnalytics Chairman.
On Wednesday, Broadband TV News reported Oetegenn would be joining Amino as a non-executive director.
“I have kept a close eye on ThinkAnalytics for many years and have always admired the company for its leadership position, enviable customer base, the wizardry of its AI and data scientists, and its ability to deliver great ROI for its customers. I jumped at the opportunity to work alongside its stellar team to help accelerate growth,” said Oetegenn.
Oetegenn brings over 30 years’ experience at the intersection of software and media, having worked with global pay-TV and OTT providers, government agencies, global banks, Fortune 500 companies and Hollywood studios.
