Universal+ is to launch in Spain over Telefonica’s Movistar+ platform, NBCUniversal International Networks has announced.
From January 20, content drawn from the Calle 13 and SYFY libraries will be grouped together under the Universal+ brand. Starting February 22, DreamWorks, which is aimed at younger viewers, will go live. It will be available both as a linear channel and within the Universal+ and the Movistar Junior children’s app.

Viewers will be able to watch the first seasons of Resident Alien, Missions and Almost Paradise, as well as the new episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Magnum P.I. and Chicago P.D.
