Poland’s Cyfrowy Polsat has announced a tender offer for 34.02% of Netia’s share capital.
Cyfrowy Polsat currently owns around 65.98% of the alternative telco and the offer, amounting to PLN4.80 (€1.06) would see it become the company’s sole owner.
The subscription period for the sale of Netia shares will commence on January 15, 2021 and end of February 26, 2021.
Cyfrowy Polsat has been gradually increasing its ownership in Netia since it acquired a 33% stake in the company from its then two main shareholders Mennica Polska and FIP 11 Fixan in 2017.
