Hopster launches on Com Hem Play+

December 1, 2020 12.05 Europe/London By Julian Clover

Pre-school educational and entertainment platform Hopster has joined Com Hem’s streaming service Com Hem Play+.

Preschoolers will be able to enjoy localised family-favourite classics such as Pingu, In the Night Garden and Teletubbies, as well as diverse and independent content such as African & West Indian Nursery Rhymes and exclusive localised Hopster originals such as Two Minute Tales.

Tyrell Ellis, co-CEO at Hopster said “We are really pleased that we have partnered with Com Hem, furthering our footprint in the Nordic region. It is important now more than ever that children have the opportunity to access educational and diverse content and we are thrilled to be able to deliver this to families in Sweden.”

Hanna Paepke, acting director of Com Hem Play at the Swedish cablenet said “We always want to offer our customers good and relevant content, so we are happy that we can add content from Hopster to Com Hem Play+ to expand our offering towards the family and kids segment.”

It’s a year since Sandbox took majority control of Hopster.
