Com Hem and TV4 Media have agreed on a framework for a new carriage agreement to show channels from the TV4 and C More families.
It means customers to the Swedish cablenet and terrestrial service Boxer can continue to watch TV4, Sjuan, TV12 and C More as usual, while the parties clearly negotiate the remaining details in the agreement.
It follows an intensive period of negotiations during which two extensions to the previous contract were agreed.
“I am very happy that we have now agreed on the framework for a long-term agreement that benefits both parties,” said Samuel Skott, commercial manager, Com Hem. “The negotiations are taking longer than we expected and therefore it is good that we have established a framework that means that we can negotiate clearly while TV viewers can continue to watch the channels.”
