Media Meet & Greet – Real Time TV Industry Speed Dating Event

Broadcast Projects had announced the launch of Media Meet & Greet the first in a series of dedicated networking events for the TV industry, using an advanced platform for online events designed to build effective networks.

Media Meet & Greet is an initiative of Broadcast Projects in partnership with Deal Room Events, a leading platform for online events that empowers users to find, message and arrange 1-to-1 live video meetings with the right targets for their business aims.

“In the new normal, how will new customers, partners and collaborators bump into you and find you? That is the question that we are asking. In a sea of webinars, and in the absence of major TV trade shows, probably nothing is missed more than the chance encounters we had at our major TV events,” said Janet Greco, Founder and Principal Consultant, Broadcast Projects.

Media Meet & Greet features human-curated connections suggested by Broadcast Projects, assisted by a unique relevance matching system powered by Deal Room Events. Media Meet & Greet aims to plug a hole in our trade show, and now virtual events, calendar with a move away from “webinars” and towards a more serendipitous manner of connecting.

Media Meet & Greet lets users browse profiles, chat, connect and have live private video meetings online with new contacts and colleagues directly. To enhance the serendipity of these connections, Broadcast Projects will assist to curate conversations, leveraging its extensive network of industry connections.

Media Meet & Greet will take place monthly, with the first beta event scheduled for tonight 22nd October between 17:00 and 19:00 CET. It is free to attend.
