The Polish national transmission company Emitel has reached an agreement to end a legal dispute with TV Spektrum.
The dispute related to TV Spektrum’s access to Multiplex 8, where it distributes the channel Nowa TV.
In a statement, Emitel says that the basis for their settlement is the contract concluded by them in October 2016, details of which they do wish not to disclose.
It adds that the agreement was concluded after Telewizja Polsat took over TV Spectrum.
