Canal+ Polska has announced its intention to float on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Commenting on the development, Edyta Sadowska, president and CEO of Canal+ Polska, said: “I am pleased to announce our intention to float on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, offering international and Polish investors the opportunity to invest in Canal+ Polska, the first choice for premium entertainment in Poland. The recent launch of our own Over-the-Top (OTT) offering in May 2020 provides an exciting growth avenue for Canal+ Polska, allowing us to reach new audiences and enhance our offering to our loyal customers.

Canal+ Polska operates the DTH platform Platforma Canal+ and 12 proprietary premium channels. It is also involved in film distribution to cinemas through the company Kino ?wiat.
