The Competition Council of Bosnia & Herzegovina has decided to initiate new proceedings against United Media and Sports Klub.
Capital reports that the council embarked on this course of action following a session in Sarajevo on September 23, with the public being subsequently informed via its website.
It adds that the procedure is being undertaken at the request of Mtel in Banja Luka in order to determine the abuse of a dominant position.
Furthermore, the deadline for issuing a final decision for proceedings initiated at the request of Logosoft Sarajevo, again against United Media and Sports Klub, has been extended by three months.
Mtel and Logosoft are both owned by Telekom Srbija, while United Media and Sports Klub are part of United Group.
Both are fierce rivals and involved in a bitter dispute in neighbouring Serbia.
