Sergey Nazarov has been appointed the CEO of Net By Net Holding, a subsidiary of the Russian telco MegaFon.
In his new role, which he assumed on September 22, his main tasks will be to further improve business efficiency, develop MegaFon’s converged products “Unite”, including mobile communications, home internet and digital TV, including through partnerships based on the FVNO model, as well as improving the customer experience.
Nazarov has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1994. In 2007, he was appointed VP for marketing at Comstar-UTS and in 2009 he headed MGTS, then VP for commercial activities at Akado. In 2014, he was appointed CEO of Amedia TV, and from 2015 to December 2019 he served as president of the Akado group of companies.
Commenting on Nazarov’s latest appointment, Vlad Wolfson, commercial director of MegaFon, said: “We are pleased to welcome Sergei Nazarov to the MegaFon team. Net By Net Holding is a fixed-line operator and provides home internet and digital TV services in seven federal districts of Russia.
