Dr Holger Enßlin, Chief Officer Legal, Regulatory & Distribution at Sky Deutschland, has decided to leave the company.
At the end of 2020, he will step down from his position as Managing Director and General Counsel in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. To ensure a smooth transition, Enßlin will remain available to Sky as Senior Advisor in the first half of 2021.
Enßlin is the last member of the old management team to leave the pay-TV operator.
“After 17 years with Sky, next year will be the right time for me to do something new. Until then, I will continue working with great commitment for the company and will collaborate with the management to ensure a smooth transition to the new General Counsel and my successors in the area of distribution and sports rights,” said Enßlin.
