Dutch media companies to pitch to an international audience

September 4, 2020 19.50 Europe/London By Robert Briel

Hollands Finest will be showcasing a number of media companies during the Dutch Media Week on Monday October 5.

It is an event in which the best Dutch media companies are on stage. Approximately 15 companies with innovative (media tech) solutions will present themselves to the world on Monday October 5. The audience consists of leading media companies from the Asia, US and Western Europe.

The hybrid event is a combination of offline and online. The pitching tech companies will be present in the iconic building of the Institute of Sound and Vision in Hilversum. The media companies will follow their presentations online and can be seen on a large screen in the auditorium. The 1-on-1 conversations after the pitches also take place online. The pitches will each last one hour, after that there is the possibility for the 1-on-1 conversation.

Due to the time differences, there will be two sessions on October 5. One from 9:00 to 12:00 (CET) and one from 17:00 to 20:00 (CET).

Among the pitching tech companies are big names like NEP and MediaMonks but also smaller companies such as smartocto and Prepr will participate. Hollands Finest’ is the 13th event of MediaMatters, bringing together innovative tech companies and international media companies. MediaMatters is a project of Media Perspectives.
