The Slovak entrepreneur Ivan Kmotrik is preparing to sell the news channel TA3.
Quoting Plus 7 Dni and unnamed sources, Medialne reports that he is expected to announce the sale this Wednesday, September 2. It adds that the new owner of TA3 will be the Czech businessman and politician Ivo Valenta, who has interests in the gambling and media industries.
TA3’s management was largely a few days ago and the channel is now headed by Michal Ruttkay, with Zuzana Martinakova and Olga Dubravska being responsible for news and marketing respectively.
