Orange and FranceTV Advertising have signed an agreement for targeted advertising on linear TV.
Orange will provide FranceTV Publicité with its technological know-how access to its 7 million TV decoders to offer Orange TV subscribers households suitable advertising, in compliance with the regulations governing personal data.
This agreement foreshadows the forthcoming adoption announced by the authorities of the revision of the advertising decree of 27 March 1992, which will allow addressable advertising in France.
