Daniel Daub has been appointed a member of the management board and CFO at Hrvatski Telekom (HT) for two more years, commencing November 1, when his current mandate expires.

Commenting on the development, Kostas Nebis, president of the management board, said: “I am very pleased to have Daniel with us as CFO for the second term. His financial expertise, experience in fast-evolving telecommunications industry and a track record of successfully driving positive changes present a valuable asset for our company. I look forward to continuing to work with him and executing our strategy that will allow Hrvatski Telekom to deliver on our vision of sustainable and profitable growth, connecting in the process the Croatian society with the opportunities of digitisation”.

In other changes at the incumbent Croatian telco, Eirini Nikolaidi, Ivica Misetic and Gordan Gledec have ben elected supervisory board members and Ivica Misetic deputy chairman of the supervisory board.
