Andrei Semerikov has been appointed chairman of the board of directors of Russia’s ER-Telecom Holding.
He will replace Elena Ivanshentseva, who has held the post for the last few years. In turn, she will continue to work for the board of directors.
Semerikov headed ER-Telecom as general director from 2001-2018. He later moved to the position of deputy chairman of the board of directors of the company.
Semerikov is also the VP of the Russian Cable Television Association.
