Jean-François Fallacher will step down as CEO of Orange Polska on September 1.
According to Orange, he will become CEO of Orange Spain, replacing Laurent Paillassot, and also an associate member of the executive committee.
It adds that a new CEO of Orange Polska will be announced by the end of this month.
More generally, Orange is restructuring its executive committee to exit the health crisis in the best conditions.
Several changes are planned for September 1, while in Belgium, as in Poland, a new CEO will be appointed by the end of this month.
