Nearly three-quarters (72%) of Polish viewers appreciate the changes that are currently taking place in the country’s DTT services.
According to the findings of a study undertaken by the Wavemaker agency (Projekt Cyfrowizja V) this is the third year in a row that their perception has improved.
Since autumn 2018 it has increased by five percentage points. Polsat won the highest ratings in the most recent survey, overtaking TVN, while the public broadcaster TVP’s channels did not make the top 10.
Although Polish viewers indicated that they would most be prepared to see the channels Trwam, Polo TV, TVP ABC and TVP1 dropped, 20% of viewers said they would miss TVP2 if it was withdrawn from the DTT offer.
At the same time, the addition of HBO and NatGeo would make for a “dream multiplex” in the eyes of most Poles.
