Sky and NBCUniversal launch global advertising offer

May 12, 2020 12.56 Europe/London By Julian Clover

NBCUniversal and Sky have announced the launch of a new global business offering that will make content from the two broadcasters available within a single advertising plan.

The new division, available through NBCUniversal’s One Platform, will report into NBCUniversal Chairman Linda Yaccarino as well as working alongside Sky Chief Business Officer Patrick Béhar.

The arrangement will cover entertainment, drama and news and will be built around the AdSmart and CFlight platforms.

A new global intelligence lab will provider marketers with access to insights and cultural trends from around the globe.

Between them NBCUniversal and Sky reach half a billion viewers a month across 160 countries.
