Skylink launches Nat Geo video library

April 16, 2020 09.29 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

M7 Group’s Skylink and National Geographic have launched a new video library service in the Czech and Slovak markets.

Featuring over 400 titles of the best content from National Geographic and National Geographic Wild, including complete series and individual films, it will be offered exclusively on Skylink Live TV.

Commenting on the development, Jaromír Glisník, member of the board of M7 Group, said: “ I am pleased that our internet television Skylink Live TV will be enriched with such interesting content. Documentary programmes have long been very popular with viewers, so I am delighted to offer the National Geographic video library as the first on the market. In addition, all our customers will be able to test it from April 15 to May 15, regardless of the prepaid programme package”.

Marlena Pasowski, National Geographic’s branch manager, Central Europe, added: “We are delighted that in collaboration with the Skylink platform, viewers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia have been able to provide this great opportunity to watch unique National Geographic documents elsewhere than on regular television, via the new National Geographic video library service”.
