The Wallonian DTH platform Télésat will add five new Canal+ entertainment channels to its line-up on April 8.
While C8 and Basic Light will be available in the Basic Light package, C&I, Planète and Seasons will be offered in the Basic package.
According to its operator M7 Group, this will be unlike many other TV providers, who usually have a separate premium content package.
Christiaan Puper VP country manager Benelux M7, said: “We are very happy with the addition of these five new channels. This makes our subscriptions even more complete with new and interesting content. With this we want to serve our customers even better”.
Hans Troelstra, CEO M7 Group, added: “This is a logical consequence of the acquisition of M7 by CANAL + Group. CANAL + has a lot of new and interesting content to offer and we would like to use it as much as possible. And above all… let our customers enjoy it”.
