Altice Europe has confirmed that talks between subsidiary Hot Telecommunications Systems and Partner Communications are at an end.
The Patrick Drahi vehicle had been looking to take complete control of the Israeli telco.
The controlling stake in Partner is currently held by the receiver on behalf of Hutchison.
Partner says that while progress on the deal had been made Altice had been unable to produce financial guarantees. However, Altice said the Coronavirus outbreak had hindered the process.
Both companies use the same telecoms network for their mobile service.
