The Polish telco Netia’s B2C business ended 2019 with 237,000 TV subscribers, or 13% more than a year earlier.
In its latest set of results, the Cyfrowy Polsat owned company adds that the sale of TV products and faster internet speeds of up to 1Gbps kept ARPU stable at around PLN56 (€12.97) a month.
At the same time, the average number of services received per subscriber continued to grow and reached 1.68 at the end of last year.
However, in the B2C segment the number of RGUs fell by 5% in 2019 to 1.362 million.
All told, it served 575 of RGUs through its own networks.
Netia as a whole had revenues of PLN1,297 million (-6% year-on-year) in 2019, while its EBITDA was PLN357 million (-2%).
The company invested PLN352 million in 2019, up from PLN300 million a year earlier.
