A contraction in the digital TV market has led to a drop in revenues for Nagra Kudelski’s Digital TV segment.
The $61.3 million reduction came about as a result of an ongoing trend in the emerging markets as subscriber numbers within the pay-TV sector fall.
Excluding restructuring costs, the Group’s Digital TV segment generated an EBITDA of $114.4 million, representing a $2.5 million improvement from the previous year.
Nagra has been making a number of structural changes to its organisation including the merger of a number of product units.
