Alina Capital Partners plans to list the Polish national transmission company EmiTel on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Quoting two market sources, Reuters add that the IPO is likely to take place in the first half of this year.
EmiTel is valued at around €150 million and listing will include new and existing shares, with Alinda retaining its majority stake.
Reuters notes that the IPO would be the first major listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2017.
However, Wirtualne Media reports that the IPO is unlikely to take place in the next few months. It also points out that EmiTel is one of nine companies in which ownership of stakes of over 20% has to be approved by the government.
