The Croatian Competition Authority has notified Tele2 and United Group of its decision to approve the sale of Tele2 Croatia to United Group.
In a statement, Tele2 says it now awaits the publication of a formal approval.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, Tele2 agreed to sell its Croatian business to United Group last June in a deal worth €220 million.
The Croatian Competition Agency decided to initiate a Phase ll investigation into the sale five months later.
