Romania’s RCS&RDS has launched an offering of up to €80 million in senior secured notes of €100,000.
The notes, due in 2025 and 2028, will be guaranteed by Digi Hungary, Invitel and Digi Spain, with Citigroup Global Markets Europe acting as the global coordinator and joint physical bookrunner and ING Bank, London Branch and UniCredit Bank as joint physical bookrunners in relation to the offering.
Alongside the offering, RCS&RDS’s parent company Digi Communications has issued the redemption notice to holders of its 2023 notes.
It has also issued principal restatements to its nine-month results ending September 30, 2019.
