January 20, 2020 10.30 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Bulgaria’s Vivacom has entered into a partnership with GE-TV.

Under it, the telco will distribute the international Russian channels TNT Russia, TV-3 International, Friday! International and TNT4 International channels in its pay-TV packages.

Commenting on the development, the press service of the Russian channels said: “Cooperation with Vivacom ensured for us secure and reliable distribution of international versions of TNT, TV-3, TNT4 and Friday! TV channels. We have significantly expanded our coverage as well as have made serious progress in achieving our distribution goals”.

Vanya Stoykova-Dobreva, head of national sales for broadcasting services of Vivacom, added: “We are pleased to cooperate with the Russian channels and distribute their brand’s content across Europe and Asia with Vivacom’s Eutelsat 36E platform, herewith providing our partner with a reliable and cost-effective way of delivering content to as many pay-TV operators as possible”.
