Boris Drilo to stay on at Hrvatski Telekom

Hrvatski Telekom (HT) has reappointed Boris Drilo for a further three years as a member of the management board for technology and information technology, effective January 1, 2020.

Drilo joined HT in 2012, coming from the Ericsson Group where he spent 12 years in project and management jobs related to the development and deployment of telecommunications networks and new technologies. In 2017, he was appointed a member of the management board for technology and information technology, having previously served as the director of the CTIO area management division. He also performed the duties of a member of the management board for technique and information technologies of Iskon Internet, a company 100% owned by HT, from 2014 to 2016.

Commenting on the reappointment, Kostas Nebis, HT’s CEO, said: “It is with great pleasure that I welcome the appointment of Boris for another term of office. He has so far achieved excellent results in the construction and modernisation of HT’s networks and infrastructure and I am confident that we will continue to cooperate and continue investing to optical network and 5G accelerate the digital transformation of the company and the Croatian economy, connecting all Croatian citizens and companies with the opportunities that technology provides today, all with the aim of creating a better world for our society. ”

As of January 1, 2020, the management board of HT will consists of Konstantinos Nempis, president, in charge of business users, Daniel Daub, in charge of finance, Boris Drilo, in charge of technical and IT functions, Natasa Rapaic, in charge of the segment of private customers, and Ivan Bartulovic in charge of human resources.
