As a result, reports El Economista, its stake in the company now exceeds 5.2%, according to the records of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
It adds that as of November 29 Blackrock held almost 5.96 million shares, or 4.524% of the company’s capital.
As it also has voting rights, its total participation as of December 3 was over 6.88 million titles, valued at around €135.6 million.
MásMóvil’s main shareholders are Ochena (13.3%), followed by Providence (9.2%), Fidelity (8.4%) and Global Portfolio Investment (8.1%).
MásMóvil has its own mobile network infrastructures for fixed fibre, ADSL, 3G and 4G.
Its fixed network reaches 18 million households with ADSL and close to 22 million with optical fibre, while its 4G mobile network covers 98.5% of the Spanish population.
All told, the company has 8.6 million customers.
