Tatyana Chernysheva has been appointed VP Human Resources at Russia’s MTS, effective November 27.
At the same time, Dmitry Khalin has been named VP of the MTS Cloud and Digital Solutions Group and will take up his new position on January 1, 2020.
They replace Maria Golyandrina and Valery Shozhin respectively, both of whom are leaving the company.
Chernysheva joins MTS from the consulting firm Spencer Stuart International and Shozin from Microsoft Development Center Rus, where he has been a member of the board since 2007 and the head of the technology policy department for the last six years.
MTS is one of the leading telcos in Russaia and has a strong presence in the country’s pay-TV market.
