In surprise move Dutch cable operator Ziggo and IPTV provider KPN have started carrying US-based hiphop channel Revolt TV.
Revolt TV is the music cable network from Sean “Diddy” Combs dedicated to the creators of this generation. Revolt says it “focuses on expertly curating the best of the best in music and engaging youth in social conversation – on-air, online and on-demand. The multi-genre, multi-platform network offers breaking music news, videos, artist interviews, exclusive performances, and original programming.”
In the US, Revolt TV is available on a large number of operators including Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Verizon FiOS, CenturyLink and Suddenlink,
Internationally, in 2017 the channel started streaming on Kwesé TV. In Europe the channel is represented by Area Media. Interestingly, the signal carried on Ziggo and KPN is the original US feed, in real time, and complete with US commercials.
