The UK arm of MX1 has been sold to Visual Data Media Services.
Operating from North Actons, MX1 serves major studios, TV and film distributors, broadcasters and streaming platforms.

MX1 was formed from the merger between SES Platform Services and RR Media. In July 2016, the two entities were merged into MX1, but in September this year SES chose to run MX1 under its corporate brand.
