STV’s catch up service, STV Player, is now available across all platforms for the first time.
A new agreement with Sky will give viewers access to content from the broadcaster, which occupies the Channel 3 slot taken by ITV in the rest of the United Kingdom.
Viewers in Scotland will be able to catch up on networked shows such as including Coronation Street and I’m A Celebrity which returns to screens next month.
Local programming includes Sean’s Scotland and STV News at Six.

STV signed a 5-year agreement with Sky earlier this year and subsequently became the UK’s first fully regionalised HD public service channel on the Sky platform.

As part of the launch STV Player will sell its own advertising inventory on the Sky platform following a partnership with ad tech provider Freewheel.
The launch will be followed by a further roll out of the STV Player to Sky Go users later this year.
