Yes launches streaming service

October 29, 2019 11.42 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

The Bezeq-owned Israeli satellite broadcaster yes will use Apple TV for its new streaming service.

Yes+ will run in tandem with its DTH broadcasts, taking advantage of Apple’s advanced interface.

Yes is the latest platform to adopt the Apple box as its primary means of streaming content; it’s already used by Salt in Switzerland and Ireland’s Eir.

Although Yes+ offers 140 TV channels plus a number of additional ones, a VOD library, adult content and TVOD are not being offered in what is its experimental stage.
