Clubbing TV has signed an exclusive content syndication agreement with the French global media and technology company Webedia.
Commenting on the development, Gregg Bywalsky, Webedia Rights’ MD, said: “Clubbing TV’s music and lifestyle video content fits perfectly with our other four thematic genres: gaming and e-sport, outdoor and extreme sport, food and entertainment. More than a music genre, EDM is the main way of life among digital natives. We are happy to include Clubbing TV’s catalogue into Webedia Rights’s portfolio.”
Stéphane Schweitzer, Clubbing TV’s chairman and CEO, added: As Dance Music is progressively becoming the mainstream music genre, Clubbing TV’s exclusive video content and live events are a must have for all TV platforms, especially to target the Millennials. Our exclusive partnership with Webedia Rights as a new generation distributor will help us to expand more quickly to any new digital platforms all over the world.”
Clubbing TV is a French-based 24/7 lifestyle and dance music channel dedicated to Millennials. It has launched local versions in Russia, India and China and recently in Ibiza on DTT. All told, it is now available in over 50 countries around the world.
